Welcome to outbid.quest, a transparent product leaderboard where users pay to place bids and every bid and click is visible. By accessing or using outbid.quest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the service.
Use of the Service
outbid.quest provides a public leaderboard where users submit bids, together with an identity such as an @handle or website URL, to rank products. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Bids and Payments
- Placing Bids: To place a bid, you submit an identity and a bid amount. Each bid is a one-time payment processed by our payment provider (Waffo) in USD.
- Public Visibility: By placing a bid, you agree that your submitted identity, bid amount, and time of bid will be displayed publicly on the leaderboard.
- Refunds: All bids are final and non-refundable once paid, unless otherwise required by law.
- Right to Refuse: We may refuse, reject, or remove bids that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the identity and content you submit. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful bids or identities
- Manipulate or distort rankings through fake bids, bots, or automated abuse
- Interfere with or disrupt the security, performance, or availability of the service
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Harvest or scrape data from the service in a way that disrupts it
Content and Intellectual Property Rights
outbid.quest grants you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service. The service, including its code, design, and underlying technology, remains the property of outbid.quest. You do not acquire ownership of any part of the service.

Termination
