Keep the board useful.

Listings must resolve to a public website or a valid X handle. Malware, phishing, impersonation, illegal material, hate, explicit content and deceptive redirects are not allowed.

A successful payment raises the listing by the amount charged. New spots require at least $5; later increases require at least $1. Pending and failed payments never affect rank.

Checkout does not lock a position. Other payments may finish first, so the final rank is calculated when Waffo confirms payment.

Repeated clicks from the same visitor to the same listing within one hour count once. Automated click inflation may be removed.

When Waffo confirms a successful refund, its bid increment is removed and the board is recalculated. Failed refund attempts do not change the board.
